This year has been a hard one for the Chapter, the loss of a true friend and a leader we miss him greatly. We have grown a bit with new members and i want to welcome thier suggestions or ideas to further our cause. I do the things i do because I believe in this cause I feel that we can never forget the ones that have given so much for us. Its not so much the POW/MIA issue as it is helping the local vet. The reason is evident when you see a smile on the face of that vet, the reward is just that , we have helped someone who needed help when no one else would help. Their is no greater satisfaction than knowing you have made some one elses day better no matter how small or large the task was. Those that miss out on these moments are missing out on what we are about. I want to thank those that help make some one elses day a bit brighter and encourage those that miss out on this to join in. I also want to thank two very special people that do so much for this chapter, they are Alice and Gail. They both work so hard all year long and make alot of the things we do happen, Christmas with the Vets was a huge success because of thier efforts great job ladies!
